It all began with a 6-megapixel Olympus camera and a love for life's "candid" moments. I took it everywhere, from our backyard garden to trips to Europe. Over the years, I began to deeply cherish those images, even the quirky spur-of-the-moment ones, and I knew I wanted other's to have that same feeling of joy in reminiscing in their most beloved memories. We all want the 'grand moments of life' frozen into a single frame, but if you're anything like me, you love the RAW candid moments just as much.

I'm the owner and lead photographer of Magna Arnott Photography or MAP for short, because trust me, we'll be going on an adventure together. I've been in business since 2012, and have years of experience in editorial work, weddings, and specialized portraits. My office is located in the quaint town of Elmvale, Ontario, but I work primarily in Collingwood, Tiny, Blue Mountain, and love to travel (especially to mountains)! I'm passionate about connecting with couples who are deeply in love and have a bit of spunk. Recently married (yay for being a covid-bride) to my handsome guy, Terry, who often second shoots on wedding days. On a regular day, you'll find me running 5k, sipping on some tea, or volunteering at my church.
