Our very first wedding editorial in Toronto was one for the books! I’ve gone to many workshops with styled shoots and it’s always been beneficial, but planning one of own was one of my goals for 2020. I had a vision in mind, and decided to GO for it (stay tuned for my advice on planning a styled shoot). Every element of this session was carefully chosen to inspire brides to add their own flare and combine a variety of wedding styles to personalize the design to fit them. I wanted to showcase a shoot that combined timeless, fine art inspired details (like the stationery and jewelry) with a down-to-earth real couple (who happen to get married this May in their backyard!). We hope brides can feel inspired to mix and match the design of their own day.”

This lovely ediotral is featured on Dear Bride Publication, and I think they summed up our vision best:

“The old adage of something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue inspired this mix and match wedding editorial. With varying shades of blue, a chic off-the-shoulder dress and an exquisitely cut ring, this styled wedding is sure to inspire.”
