Being a photographer has many perks, like being able to meet with so many amazing people or never needing to buy decor prints for our home. We are entrusted to capture some of life’s dearest, and most precious moments, and that is not something to be taken lightly. We love having the honour to capture a couples’ engagement or wedding day, but when we’re given the opportunity to capture their jounrey from engagement all the way to becoming parents, now, that is something very special. As is the case with today’s session! Kathryn and Jeremiah have become dear friends, as we’ve celebrated their wedding day, and what a lovely spring day it was, all the way to the birth of their sweet, baby girl, Aruna.

PS. if you think you need a major space to have an at-home newborn session, think again! We just need a bit of room and lots of light and we’ll make the magic happen!
