I know what you’re thinking, gluten free and tasty, that can’t happen. OH FRIEND. It can happen, I’ve tasted and seen that the Lord does provide answers to prayers. I’m not gluten free as I quite enjoy bread, pasta, and baked goods (don’t we all), but I ate one of her delicious Easter cupcakes featured in today’s blog post, and can personally testify that these are MMM MMM GOOD. I love working with brands and it’s a major perk when they have tasty products you get to take home. Who am I kidding, these treats didn’t make it past the car ride home.
Eve and I first got connected through my guy, Terry, but we really connected when she started coming to our Creative Connect days last summer. We connected over those coffee dates, and even more so when I was looking for a cake wedding vendor for an upcoming styled shoot. She was game for it – you can see more of her work from that styled session here.
Prior to Covid and the social distancing regulations, I hosted a branding studio day in Toronto, and Eve booked a session, which I’m thrilled to be featuring here. She rocked some gorgeous outfits (I’m still low-key looking for overalls because of it) and included her sweet daughter in some shots too, which you’ll see below that she’s definitely becoming a mini dessert critic. I’m so glad we included the little miss in some of these branding photos, because personal branding is PERSONAL, this is life for Eve, and maybe it’s yours too. To all the momma’s growing a business and raising little ones, you got this! Even if you don’t feel like you do. If you’re working with a baby on your hip, you deserve a round of applause and make a round of treats (eh, husbands treat your lovely lady).
