Mel & Jon were married at their family’s cottage in Muskoka in 2021, but not even the torrential downfall of rain could rain out their celebration. They tied the knot with a very initiate group of family and friends in their cottage’s living room. Fast forward to 2022 and they opted to celebrate BIG with a part 2 of their wedding. Their celebration theme was so vibrant – from their colour palette, to their decor, it was the party they had always wanted. Unlike their wedding day, this party was HOT with a 35+ degree day and straight sunshine. Their guests were soaking up the Muskoka beach and enjoying unlimited iced coffees from their coffee cart.

It’s very unusual to photograph two weddings in the same location, and even more unusual to photograph the same couple’s wedding, but it was a day that we loved being a part of. After two weddings, multiple family shoots, we feel like family. It was an honour to be a part of Mel & Jon’s day x2.
